Mebe One Khimki Plaza is a 19 storey 84 metre high landmark commercial building in Khimki district of Moscow. Located minutes from Sheremetyevo International Airport and the centre of Moscow, it has become a home to leading blue-chip organisations that will benefit from direct access to international and domestic markets and set new standards in sustainable design in Russia.
We were appointed to provide a lighting scheme for the shell and core areas of the building including the exterior façade, landscape, main reception, lift lobbies and shell and core areas. The scheme was awarded LEED ‘Gold’ certification on completion.
