First Street regeneration scheme is located in the centre of Manchester and aims to create a new vibrant neighbourhood and forming a new cultural gateway into Manchester’s city centre. We prepared the lighting masterplan design for Phase 1 and now Phase 2 of this large mixed-use development in the heart of Manchester. The buildings include commercial offices, a hotel, residential, retail, theatre and many other public amenities all joined with high quality public realm spaces.
