Our appointment included the lighting design for the significant 7-acre park plot of Wembley Park estate designed as a series of major public realm landscaped areas within this 85-acre development in North-West London. The park provides a green oasis to the residential plots surrounding it and recreational areas for visitors. The overall masterplan includes a large selection of retail and F&B units, office premises, community infrastructure, acclaimed entertainment venues, a public park and the largest build-to-rent development site in the United Kingdom.
Further, we were also appointed to create the lighting masterplan strategy for the Sitewide Wembley Park development and have an ongoing lighting design ‘guardian’ role for the consecutive years of 2018-2020.
