Situated in London’s ultra prime Mayfair, this residential development consists of 22 unique apartments, including studios, duplexes and penthouses. We were appointed to develop a lighting scheme in keeping with the Art Deco sensibilities of the interior design.
Our lighting design scope includes all apartment typologies (lateral, duplexes, townhouse type and penthouses) as well as lighting to all public and facilities areas such as entrances, lift lobbies, gym, spa and exterior façade and private landscape lighting. The design intention is for understated elegance. Key architectural features and material qualities are enhanced to bring out the richness of each space.
