Nine Elms Square is a four hectare site located in the GLA’s Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea (VNEB) Opportunity Area. The Site is in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
The development consists of 13 separate buildings, ranging in height from 4 to 54 storeys constructed on a raised podium landscape with residential amenity spaces, Class A1 retail uses and a single-level basement below. Nine Elms Square is a mixed-use development including, a public park, approximately 1,867 apartments, podium interiors, private gardens/ courtyards, commercial office space, a doctor’s surgery and a marketing suite.
The project is currently on site and due for completion in 2022. Our scope included interior lighting for all front of house and residential areas, façade and landscape lighting.
