This new development comprises a 38 storey (plus ground and mezzanine) residential tower with 302 new apartments that includes an extensive range of amenities such as a gym, spa, swimming pool, business centre, screening room, lounge and dedicated children’s play area, a commercial space including basement parking and external works, along with a 9-storey separate commercial building.
The lighting design includes all external public realm areas, facade lighting, all office areas internal public areas and apartments.
