Our team was appointed to design the external and internal common area lighting for two new 50 and 55 storey landmark residential towers at Marsh Wall in Canary Wharf. The development will add a total of 766 new apartments with expansive balconies at the centre of London’s financial district. The lighting scope includes all façade and exterior landscape lighting, reception and extensive leisure facilities, including gym, screening room, lounge and ‘Sky Garden’ residents club lounge.
