We were appointed as lighting consultants for all areas of the award-winning London headquarters of Rothschilds Bank.

The new scheme replaced an existing building on the site which has been occupied by N M Rothschild since 1809. The main body of the building is raised up to create a new public space at street level with views through to the historic church of St. Stephen Walbrook.

The net office areas are approximately 220,000ftSq in total with extensive support facilities. Our scope of work comprised the external entrance court, reception, art gallery, lift lobbies, all office floors, toilets, staircases, sky pavilion, roof gardens and external feature lighting.
