The innovative and adaptive re-use of the Stanislavsky Factory set a new benchmark for the development of historic buildings in Moscow. The Stanislavsky family originally developed the site that includes a theatre built by Konstantin Stanislavsky, son of the original owner, and famed as the inventor of the Method acting system.

Now, the complex is a mixture of business and cultural projects consisting of 13 buildings, 30,000 sq m of office space and 60 luxury apartments as well as a hotel and restaurant. Our team was responsible for façade accent lighting and landscape lighting for this prestigious and critically acclaimed project.
