International Quarter London (IQL) development is located in Stratford, bounded by the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to the west and Westfield Stratford City to the north-west. This sets the development in the heart of a vibrant multi-use area with a high number of visitors.
The project will offer a mix of commercial, retail, residential and community spaces. Three acres of open space will form the heart of this development, with four million square feet of flexible workspace, 333 new residential units and 52,000 sq ft dedicated to neighbourhood retail, with community facilities.
Our team has been involved since early stages, providing the exterior lighting masterplan for all landscape areas in between building plots for planning; and, after that, the complete landscape lighting design for RIBA Stages 3, 4 and Construction RIBA Stages 5 & 6 to project completion.
