199 Bishopsgate is a 4,000 sq. m. office development located within the prestigious 32 acre Broadgate complex. We provided the lighting design for the reception and all shell and core areas. The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of ‘B’ upon completion, significantly improving the energy performance of the original building.
The AJ Value Excellence Judges considered that the improvements vastly increased flexibility of the property by establishing the building’s identity as a modern commercial palazzo and relocating the principal entrance to the Bishopsgate frontage.
