We are part of the best-in-class design team responsible for the complete transformation of the former Reuters Headquarters building, renamed YY London.
The major refurbishment and repositioning of the landmark 30 South Colonnade at the core of the Canary Wharf Estate will consist of 400,000 sq ft of new Grade A office space including a café, restaurant, retail spaces, an extensive rooftop garden and a new triple-height ground-floor entrance areas, all with a bold new facade. The vision creates a striking re-imagination of an existing building that avoids the need for demolition over water.
