The EQUATION Lighting Design team continues on site at One Exchange Square, reviewing project progress as the scheme advances towards completion.

Each site visit offers valuable insight into the transition from concept to realisation, ensuring that every detail performs as intended.

At this stage, the focus is on the entrance lobbies, evaluating the lighting integration for the living wall in close collaboration with the contractor team. This includes assessing how light interacts with surrounding finishes, planting, and architectural detailing at a pivotal moment in the construction process.

These visits are essential in confirming that the design intent is being delivered with accuracy while responding carefully to site constraints.

Observing how light enhances vertical surfaces, supports spatial hierarchy, and sustains the living planting reinforces the continuity between early design thinking and execution on site.
