Berkeley Square House is a prime commercial premises in a prominent Mayfair location, with over 500,000 sqft of internal space comprising multi-tenanted offices, common parts, retail showrooms and restaurants over ten floors, and containing approximately a mile of internal corridor.
We have been appointed to provide lighting design for the refurbishment of landlord areas comprising of receptions, lift lobbies and connecting corridors, which had previously received a series of partial renovations since the building was constructed in the 1930s. The project brief is to transform the front of house experience to create one coherent and timeless design identity for the building; an identity which surpasses the high-quality expectations of its Berkeley Square address.
Phased construction commenced in 2019 and is due for completion in 2021.
