The project includes redevelopment of a 2.7 acre site in a prime London location with refurbishment of the listed townhouses on Kensington Square and existing college building together with new, carefully integrated buildings, housing 142 apartments, extra care units and extensive residents’ and communal facilities, including 1.6 acre gardens.
Our scope to date included lighting design for planning stages.
