Paradise Birmingham is a site that has Grade I and II listed buildings sat in conjunction with post war developments that slice through the city’s sensitive and historic core.
This project aims to transform this area into a contemporary thriving hotpot of commercial, residential and leisure facilities, creating a new quarter within the city. It includes the construction of two commercial buildings along with the public realm adjacent to the heritage area in central Birmingham.
The project is the first phase of a four-phase comprehensive development of the area. Our current scope comprises the exterior lighting to the new public realm incorporating existing memorial and façade lighting to the new buildings.
