We are delighted the Sycamore House project is on site and we are working with the contractor to deliver the final detailed design packages. The construction is due for completion in late 2021.

The project includes transformation of the 93,000sq. ft. 1980s former office, and storage facility into a flexible multi-tenanted building with two floors of tailor-made offices and laboratories for biomedical start-ups, scale ups and mature companies.

Our scope of work included the main entrance lobby and cafe with a feature staircase, meeting rooms, Ground and First Floor circulation spaces (double height) and the winter gardens with breakout areas.  Externally, our scope of work included the entry portal, external ramps and landscape features and a new cycle enclosure.
