We are delighted to be working with the project team at Britishvolt on this monumental development that will transform Blythe Power Station and deliver the UK’s first ever Battery Gigafactory by 2023. It is the largest industrial investment in the North East since the ‘80’s and occupies a staggering 92.2 hectares.  Britishvolt aims to produce enough batteries to power 300,000 cars by 2027.

Our scope of works includes front of house vehicular drop-off on east facade arrival, pedestrian and cycle routes, formal and informal seating areas, facade and landscape features.
