We are involved in another exciting project that will deliver versatile facilities to the growing Life Science community.  In addition to nearly completed Sycamore House in Stevenage, developed by Mission Street and Kadans Science Partner, we are working on a major new development.

The Spires project in Oxford is a joint venture between Mission Street and BentallGreenOak that will house a brand new, 5.5-acre life sciences innovation hub.  This project will meet a growing demand for R&D facilities in the area. 

The lighting design for Project Spires reflects the client’s aspiration to create a unique and dynamic development for innovative life sciences start-ups.
