Avoid glare both for swimmers and for people enjoying the view. Indirect light and diffused sources maintain the atmosphere without overpowering the eye. Consider how various lighting scenes can energize or calm the users.

Water behaves like a living lens. Its interaction with light depends on finish, depth, movement and angle. The early concepts need to carefully study the materials/finishes palette and geometry to create a balanced effect, avoiding any visual clutter.
