Shopping Centre Extension on Site

 Our Queensgate Shopping Centre extension project is in construction.

This £60 million, multi-use development in the heart of Peterborough spans 77,000 square feet.  It will feature leisure space, including a ten-screen cinema and new retail units, increasing the mall’s status as a local destination that will attract more visitors and new business alike, boosting the local economy.

Our scope of work for this significant, vertical, extension includes the new west mall areas, link bridge, public circulation areas, courtyard and integration with existing refurbishment areas proposals and external accent lighting to the new built facade ‘top box.’

The mall upgrade is due for completion in Spring 2022.
